Let Them Eat Cake, Ltd. was founded in 1979 in Soho and was one of the first wholesale dessert companies to explode with the food revolution of the 1980’s in New York City.

Our early clients were the bakeries at Bloomingdale’s, Zabars and Balduccis, to name a few. We also serviced large corporate dining rooms in law firms and banks as well as catering to restaurants, hotels and the most well known national monument - The Statue of Liberty.

Over the years we developed our catering division and have orchestrated parties for over 900 guests. We are known for our mouth watering selections and highly artistically designed presentations.......always including dessert!

After 18 years in Soho we expanded our facility and moved to Brooklyn to the upcoming waterfront district. From there we were able to branch out even further.

Today we do corporate events, promotions, parties, launches, market weeks, and have a prestigious roster of Fortune 500 companies. We pride ourselves in our ability to take the client’s vision and transform it into edible creations that bring oohs and aahs to get their message across.
