Let Them Eat Cake, Ltd. was founded in 1979 in Soho and was one of the first wholesale dessert companies to explode with the food revolution of the 1980's in

New York City.

 

Our early clients were the bakeries at Bloomingdale's, Zabars and Balducci's, to name a few.  We also serviced large corporate dining rooms in law firms and banks as well as catering to restaurants, hotels and the most well known national monument - The Statue of Liberty.

 

Over the years we developed our catering division and have orchestrated parties for over 900 guests. Today we work out of our own fully licensed and insured facility in Long Island City. 

 

We pride ourselves in our ability to take the client's vision and transform it into edible creations that bring oohs and aahs to get their message across.  The power of creative food and dessert will always win the audience over.
